Re: Prusa i3 mk2 evolve to Prusa i3 MK2S, like a pokemon ?

mmmh, what is strange is that on the printer I upgraded to mk2S PINDA holder, I have more threads visible.

I wonder if the position of the PINDA on my printer is regular or not.

Re: Pinda Hat (MK2)

Hi,

I just added a MK2S version that fits fine on mine upgraded MK2S extruder body. Would be glad to have feed-back just to be sure that the design is ok for other people :)

Re: Model too thin for Slic3r?

Hi,

what should be the size of the object ?

Because once opened in 3D Builder it's detected as corrupted, and after repairing the file the object seems way bigger that the original one when you import both in Slic3r.

Re: Noise levels and modifications needed

WD40 is a brand, but mostly known for his main product which is an anti-seize, not really a lubricant. Superlube, Lithium grease or PTFE spray are options to consider, but that wil...

Re: Bad Finish Between Layers

There are several thing to check: Check that the pulleys didn't get loose (that can happen with vibration) Check the pulley tension. Is the selftest with 3.0.10 firmware ok ? Check that the spool holder is really smooth Check that the cable management, especially the one behind the x carriage is wel...

Re: ORIGINAL PRUSA I3 MK2S RELEASE

I do not see changes for all the parts, for now I'm reprinting the most important parts: these one as orange ABS: ⋅ extruder-body.stl ⋅ x-carriage.stl ⋅ y-belt-holder.stl ⋅ Y-distance.stl And these one as black ABS: (I don't have black PETG that would be iso w...
