There are many things I like about the company. But it has become very obvious they are not a "First in, First out" company. I don't know why, and I don't like it, but they just really don't seem to care about that. It does seem they like to batch things the whole way through and get those out the door together, but you really shouldn't do that if you can't maintain very close to First in, First out. They also are a big boy company now, they really need to stop charging credit cards when the order is placed, and wait until it is much closer to shipping. Using your customers as your bank for capitol to get up and running is something that you can get away with when you are a tiny startup, not when you are a real company.
