Re: Z Home Problem

Note: Not sure if one of the reason is due to using a Hardened Steel nozzle. The nozzle is slightly taller than the default one. Possible the firmware just assumes that the standard nozzle is present and thinks it is placing it just above the bed when its not. You probably need to readjust your Pin...

Re: Extrusion problem...

I've seen issues like these on my non-Prusa printer when I had the voltage for the extruder stepper set improperly. This shouldn't be an issue with the Rambo boards. Guess I'm not much help.

Re: Printbite problems and now kicked off FB Prusa group

I'm sorry you were unhappy, i tried big time to assist. In the end your continued aggressive slanderous attitude got yo booted despite others trying to assist you. I also tried to assist extensively, you took no notice, ignored advice, tried to blame it on a lack of instruction + other excuses and ...

Re: !!! Material settings a print surface preparation 1.75mm version

Forget recommending the glue Prusa and you will have much happier customers. The trick is to set the printer up properly in the first place. The initial post for this thread is over 2 years old. When it was posted the Prusa model was the MK I which had a glass bed and required glue for the best adh...

Re: Forum topic subscription/bookmarking appears broken

These issues have been a problem for years. Even though "This is an official support forum for Prusa Research s.r.o. customers" it is horribly neglected by Prusa. I know the Moderators do what they can but their hands are probably tied when it comes to the forum software itself. Official Prusa help ...

Re: Firmware 3.1.0 FINAL for Prusa i3 MK2/S/MMU

Does this version firmware fix the issue where it halts prints to show "new firmware available" message? While I certainly welcome being notified about new firmware, the way this is implemented absolutely MUST change. I hate it! When printing remotely with OctoPrint, I kick off a print, and cannot ...

Re: Linear Advance - Slic3r PE

in my PC, the single filament Slic3r, has linear advance settings in the filament Gcode section, but the MMU section does not have linear advance settings as I currently only have an MMU printer in service, this is not very helpful. regards Joan Been out for a week and just catching up so this may ...

Has anyone tried bolting to the printer to the paver, to secure it more tightly? Does this make noise/vibration better, worse, or no different?
Don't know if it would change the noise/vibration characteristics but it sure would make it much harder to perform maintenance or troubleshoot problems.

Re: Replacement bearings recommendation

Hey there, I'm quite confused. Why haven't you tried RJUM-21-10 (low clearance 10mm bearing), or RJUM-23-10 (low clearance 10mm self aligned bearing)? Wouldn't these perform better because they come compressed? The only downside I can find is the smallest they go is 10 mm. No 8 mm variant. You answ...
