Hi Flaviu,

Are you adjusting the bed cold? or heated? I would expect the heatbed to change shape as it heats, so I would adjust it in the heated state

Have you moved the printer>

Have you checked for anything trapped between the bed and the build plate?

I would do that in the 3d modelling software then import the parts afterwards if it's a single colour print, join the parts to make import easier if it's a multi colour print, import the parts at the same time, and confirm them to be a multi part print, in which case Slic3r will retain their positio...

Just a thought, is the idler wheel able to turn freely? there is a temptation to tighten the bolt too much, causing the idler wheel to bind on the side cheeks of the end piece!
