Hi Bellaiche, your first layer looks to be a tiny bit too low on live Z if you look at the layer all of the diagonal lines should be straight, ballaiche1.png I have circled two areas where there is a bit of distortion, and arrowed a section where the edge of the print may be a bit distorted... so on...

surely you will beed bigger stock, than 8mm hex, for a nut with an 8mm thread? the early mk2, had nuts for adjustment, and it was fairly crap... the bracket was weak, and the nuts not easily adjustable, it would have been better with a combination of 8mm nuts, and pinch bolts on the plastic mounting...

hi Dabigw, if you turn the preheat on, say PLA watch to see if the LED by the cable connector cover, comes on... the LED should be solid red until the bed is near proper temperature. as soon as it starts heating, move the Y axis fully forward and fully backward, slowly, a couple of times. if the LED...

Could you use self adhesive aluminium foil to cover the Plastic, and provide IR and UV shielding. otherwise consider blue filament to absorb the IR... (problem there is it may pass Ultraviolet light. ) a red layer would tend to absorb Ultraviolet light. both would diminish white light... regards Joan

sounds like a pinda fault, do you have a check endstops option, or check pinda option in your calibration menu? if so, action the menu option, and hold a piece of metal near the end of the pinda, you should see the status change, if that's ok, try wiggling the cable bundle behind the Xaxis see if th...
